You've got to have a SIMPLE process to CANCEL an order. Many of us sell on numerous sites and are sometimes out of stock on merchandise that we haven't had time to remove yet. I need to be able to "CANCEL AN OIRDER" and "ISSUE A REFUND" with 2 clicks. I cannot go into paypal, find the customer, issue a refund, come back to Bonanza and enter the transaction ID to prove that I issued the refund to beg for my fee back.....that is ridiculous!!!!
LOOK AT HOW EBAY DOES IT and CHANGE IT!!!!
