Option to exclude spesific locations such as Hawai or US protectorates might be useful. As many sales platform provides this option for this purpose. Other than exclusion, extra shipping fee option for such locations can be a solution.

  Concurred, please add this option to exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc, and all other US territories and protectorates unless additional fees are paid by the buyer for included (aka, free) shipping.  Ebay offers this option.

  With the inflation and carrier rate increases and surcharges, it may be even more important now to provide the means to only offer shipping to lower 48 states within the US.  Is this in the works?
