Need a better dispute process
We need a better way to report a problem. I recently tried to report a seller who never sent an item I purchased. I sent emails to the customer support and all they did was to tell me to file a report through PayPal. Even though I used my debit card through PayPal, the transaction doesn't show up in that account. It was taken directly from my checking account. I had to contact my bank to get my money back.
