There should be a box to type in the shipping fee for additional products.

  There are several options for combined item discounts. Point to Selling, in the dropdown menu, click on Booth Settings then Discounts &Coupons.

  @Shelly

  They are not useful. Shipping fee varies from type of product to type of product. I can't have the same combined shipping fee for mug + pillow, as I have for shirt + jacket. 1 general option that applies to all types of items is not an option that I can use.

  I agree Gooey_Ghost.
  
  Shipping is complex when a seller´s products vary a lot...the system needs more flexiblity à la Etsy.
