I would like to see a Blog written by Bonanza dealing with the current crisis. Many of the Sellers are under a "shelter in place" order and unable to leave their homes. Perhaps Bonanza might change the expectations of the amount of delivery time for packages. Many Sellers may be unable to get to the Post Office and shipping may have to be delayed. Don't let this affect the "Response Time" for ratings or feedback. Maybe have a notice placed on info sent to Buyers who are completing a sale that due to circumstances beyond control shipping and delivery may be delayed, but the Seller will notify with specifics and updates. There may come a time when the Post Office is unable to function at full staff. Bonanza, Sellers and Customers need to consider this when making a purchase.
