Having a phone number to verbally speak with a representative on orders or general stock questions. Jus recently had a scam site cause me to be $70 short for 45 days because there wasnt a number to talk to a rep and turned out to be a hacker. This ole country guy vowed never to order without speaking with a rep. again due to the 45 day wait period to get refund......
