Hello,

Since we are now required to buy shipping through Bonanza, it would be nice if we are able to cancel a shipping label in case of errors instead of contacting support. Or, if this is not possible, we should be able to purchase another shipping label. Currently, I am waiting for a reply from support about cancelling a shipping label. It seems I cannot purchase another label thru Bonanza and that means a delay in shipping my items.

  Hi soli9002. Thanks for the feature request to offer label refunds without contacting support. We are looking at possibilities for this. We are already working on the ability to purchase another label. 

  If there are any issues with using a ZPL file, we've found www.labelary.com to work very well with converting them.
