The packing slip lets the buyer know what’s inside the package and who sent it. That way, the buyer can double check that everything arrived and you, the seller, has a record of what was shipped and to who.
You'll find a link to the packing slip at the bottom of the order summary:
What information is included on the packing slip?

- Buyer username

- Seller name (or username)
- Item sold summary

- item cost
- discount (if applicable)
- tax (if applicable)

- Seller message text field
Can I edit the packing slip?
You'll see a link at the bottom of the packing slip that says "edit".
Once selected, you'll be able to update the seller "Sold by" information and the seller message. You can save this information as "default" so you won't have to fill it in each time.
Don't forget to select "Update" when you're done!
