Unlike eBay or Amazon, when you sync your Etsy listings, it is not linking your Etsy and Bonanza accounts. Instead, Etsy allows you to upload your items via a CSV file. This is a file that holds your item data in a series of tables. To upload your listings from Etsy to Bonanza, simply upload the CSV file that you download from Etsy. Follow the steps below to download that CSV file.
Login to your Etsy account and click on "Shop Manager" at the top.
From there, highlight “Settings” and click on “Options,” which should be highlighted.
From there, you should see a variety of shop options. Locate the menu bar near the top of the page and select the tab labeled “Download Data.” Once there, click the “Download CSV” button and save your CSV file.
Now that you've saved your Etsy CSV file, return to your Bonanza account and point your mouse over the "Selling" link in the upper left-hand corner of any page and select "Import from Etsy" from the drop-down. Choose your saved Etsy inventory file, then import the items.
Please note the following limitations regarding uploading an Etsy CSV file:
- Column headers must be in English
- Etsy categories will not import
- Etsy uses a different categorization system from Bonanza.
- After you've uploaded your listings, you'll want to set your categories so your listings are properly indexed and can be found by buyers in search results.
- Fortunately, Bonanza provides a batch editor tool that allows you to quickly set your item categories once your items are finished importing.
- Digital files cannot be uploaded via CSV/Etsy import. Use the New Item Form to add digital files to your booth.
