If you receive a message when trying to activate or create a new account, it's likely you have already used that email for an account with Bonanza previously. You'll be unable to use that email address for a new account until the previously created account is either canceled, or the email address on that account changed.
We first recommend checking both the inbox and spam folders for that email address for an activation email from Bonanza. If do see that activation email we recommend opening it and following the steps within.
If you don't see that activation email we recommend requesting a password reset email be sent, which will enable to you to both activate the account and change the password.
Go to the main log in page and you can reset your password:
You should receive the reset password email at the email address you registered on Bonanza with rather quickly (like, almost instantly). Make sure to check your mail spam/trash folder in case the email was inadvertently routed there.
