When sellers have trouble with items imported from Shopify it's usually because items are missing critical information that is required for them to go live on the site. You can view these listings by going to your 'Selling>Add or edit items' page, then selecting the 'Incomplete Items' link .
At the top of the page, you'll see a notification bar indicating your items are missing the site category. If you click the link saying "You can quickly edit all your item categories here." it will take you into our Batch Editor page so you can update them. Listings imported from Shopify are missing the main site category since the categories on those platforms do not map to Bonanza's categories. To edit that information, you will want to select any items that belong to the same category, then select the category from the drop-down in the toolbox at the top of the page and apply the change. Once you have updated all the required information for your listings, the items will be ready for sale and the yellow dot will show as green. Updating your booth using the button on the Add or Edit items page linked above will take all items that are ready for sale and put them live in your booth.
