Bonanza's Community Help page is a place you can get general questions about items answered from the community. Any user can ask a question, and any user can post an answer. Keep in mind when answering that accuracy counts; the community votes for the best answer. If your response gets the most votes, Bonanza's system remembers you as an excellent reference for a particular category of items. As a trusted resource, your response will get priority over others when a similar question arises.
What types of questions can I ask?
You can ask any general question that would benefit the community such as "What's the most effective way to promote my items on Facebook" or "How can I tell if a Coach bag is authentic?". Questions should be short and to the point. For questions about specific items, you'll need to contact the seller. Questions of a personal nature are not allowed. We try to keep support related questions off of this page. If you are experiencing the site not working for you as it should, please direct your question or concerns to support@bonanza.com so we can help you. You can also click on the "Contact" link at the bottom of any page to get in touch with our support team.
Do I have to be an expert to answer a question?
You don't have to have a Ph.D. in a subject to answer a question, but please ensure to the best of your ability that your answer is accurate. Include supporting links to back up your position when possible. Community members will vote on your answer. If your response gets the most votes, Bonanza's system will remember you as a trusted resource.
Is there a limit to the number of questions I can ask or answer?
No, there is no limit. Knock yourself out.
Do I have to be registered on Bonanza to ask or answer a question?
Yes, but you're only four fields away from being a part of our community.
Can I vote for an answer more than once?
No, you can only vote one time.
Can I change my vote?
Currently, you must stick to your first vote. Depending on the popularity of this request, we may soon allow users to change their vote from one answer to another.
Can I add a link to helpful information on the Community Help page in my item description?
By all means (we may remove links we deem risky).
Where can I read a full list of your Community Guidelines?
