To Cancel Your Bonanza Buying Account
- Hover over the "Account" link located in the upper-left corner of any page on Bonanza and click the "Account settings" link from the drop-down menu
- Click the "Other Options" tab on the left
- Cancel your Bonanza account by clicking the "Cancel your account" link under the "Cancellation Options."
To Cancel Your Bonanza Selling Account
- Hover over the "Account" link located in the upper-left corner of any page on Bonanza and click the "Account settings" link from the drop-down menu
- Click on the "Seller settings" tab on the left
- Scroll down to the "Pause or cancel your booth" section and click the link to close your booth
- Now that you've closed your booth, return to the "Account > Account settings > Seller settings" page and click the link to "Cancel your account" link under the "Pause or cancel your booth" section
*Note: You cannot cancel your Bonanza account if you have unshipped orders or an open balance of final value fees. Contact Bonanza Support for assistance with canceling your account if you have unshipped orders or final value fees due.
