Bonanza allows sellers to place their items in a "Reserved" status. Reserving your items will remove them from your booth so buyers can no longer view or purchase them, however they will remain in your account so you can reactivate the listings later. This is a great option for items that are temporarily out-of-stock, or if you need to take a break from selling.

How can I set my items to "Reserved" status?
There are a couple of ways you can set items to "Reserved" status.
From the item listing page
When viewing the listing while logged into your seller account, you will see a link to "Reserve item" just under the listing title in the top-right corner of the page. Click the link to set that individual item to "Reserved" status.
From the batch editor
Visit your "Selling > Batch edit items" page. Select the item(s) you wish to reserve, then set the status to "Reserved" using the drop down in the tool box at the top of the page. Apply the change to your selected listings.
From the "Add or edit items" page
Visit your "Selling > Add or edit items" page. Click the "More" link in the top-right corner of the listing you wish to reserve, then select the "Reserve listing" option to set that item to "Reserved" status.
How can I tell if my item is set to "Reserved" status?
Items set to "Reserved" status will have a gray dot next to the listing on your "Selling > Add or edit items" and "Selling > Batch edit items" pages. You can filter your views to display only "Reserved" items.
How can I put my "Reserved" items back up for sale
To post your items in "Reserved" status for sale in your booth, visit the "Selling > Batch edit items" page and select your "Reserved" listing(s), then set the status to "For sale" using the drop-down in the toolbox at the top of the page. Apply the change to your selected listings.
Pro Tip: Use the filter option to narrow down your listings by "Reserved" status to quickly locate items in that status.
What if I want to take my entire booth offline temporarily?
Bonanza offers a "Vacation mode" feature that will automatically set all listings to "Reserved" status while you are unavailable to fulfill orders. Visit your "Selling > Booth settings" page and set "Booth currently on vacation" to "Yes." You can leave an optional note to buyers who visit your booth while it is on vacation mode. Be sure to save your changes. All items will be set to "Reserved" status.
Please note that putting your booth in vacation mode will not suspend any paying subscriptions (memberships or standalone Webstores) you have associated with your Bonanza account. Premium services will continue to be billed until they are canceled by the user.
To take your booth off of vacation mode, return to your "Selling > Booth settings" page, then set "Booth currently on vacation" to "No" and save the changes. Your reserved listings will be posted for sale in your booth so interested buyers can purchase your goodies.
