Connecting your other marketplace accounts to your Bonanza account varies slightly across platforms, but this help page will take you through the exact steps you'll need to take to connect your accounts.
Follow one of these quick links to learn more about importing from various platforms:
Access your "Import from eBay" page by pointing your mouse over the "Selling" link in the upper left-hand corner of any page and selecting "Import from eBay" from the drop down. You can also access the import page by clicking the "eBay" link at the top of the "Selling > Add or edit items" page.
Connecting your eBay account is a very easy process. When you click to “Connect eBay Account,” you will be prompted to login on eBay with your username and password.
From there, you must agree to grant access to Bonanza. After that, your account will be connected.
Click here to login to the Amazon Marketing Web Service (MWS). It's important to know that Amazon requires you to have a Professional Selling Plan (Pro Merchant Subscription) in order to sync your items from Amazon to Bonanza.
Under the "Apps & Services" section, select the option to "Manage Your Apps."
Click "Authorize new developer."
Enter Bonanza’s application information and click “Next.”
- Developer's name: Bonanza
- Developer ID: 0405-0746-1543
Once you’ve done that, you need to accept the Amazon MWS License Agreement.
After that, you’ll get a confirmation page. This includes your Seller ID and the MWS Auth Token, both of which are needed to connect your accounts.
You will need to copy and paste the Seller ID and MWS Auth Token to paste into Bonanza's pop-up window to connect.
Unlike eBay or Amazon, when you sync your Etsy listings, it is not linking your Etsy and Bonanza accounts. Instead, Etsy allows you to upload your items via a CSV file. This is a file that holds your item data in a series of tables. To upload your listings from Etsy to Bonanza, simply upload the CSV file that you download from Etsy. Follow the steps below to download that CSV file.
Login to your Etsy account and click on "Shop Manager" at the top.
From there, highlight “Settings” and click on “Options,” which should be highlighted.
From there, you should see a variety of shop options. Locate the menu bar near the top of the page and select the tab labeled “Download Data.” Once there, click the “Download CSV” button and save your CSV file.
Now that you've saved you Etsy CSV file, return to your Bonanza account and point your mouse over the "Selling" link in the upper left-hand corner of any page and select "Import from Etsy" from the drop-down. Choose your saved Etsy inventory file, then import the items.
Etsy uses a different categorization system from Bonanza. After you've uploaded your listings, you'll want to set your categories so your listings are properly indexed and can be found by buyers in search results. Fortunately, Bonanza provides a batch editor tool that allows you to quickly set your item categories once your items are finished importing.
To connect to your Shopify store, first login to Shopify.
Once you've logged into your account, click on the Apps button in the bottom-left of the sidebar.
From there, you'll see a link to Manage Private Apps. Think of this “Private App” as a private line between your Bonanza account and your Shopify account. We connect directly to Shopify's API on your behalf. Click on Manage Private Apps and then "Create a new private app."
When you create your private app, be sure to give it a descriptive name, like “Bonanza Importer.” For the "Emergency developer email," enter: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Click the link to "Show inactive Admin API permissions." Under permissions, please select "Read Access" from the drop-down menus for the "Product listings" and "Products" fields.
Click save at the bottom of the page and your “API credentials" will appear. Use the "Copy to clipboard" buttons to copy both your API key and your Password, and paste each of them into the matching fields for the Bonanza Shopify Importer. You can do this by right-clicking and following your mouse drop-down prompts.
You can test your credentials or simply go ahead and connect your account.
