What are "Booth details?"
The “Booth Details” section is vitally important to your booth. It is the destination where buyers can find specifics about your business- such as your shipping and returns policies- along with an overview of your business. It’s also a place where you, the seller, can see everyone who has favorited your booth (“Booth fans”) and all of the badges you have earned. It’s important to know how to navigate to this page should you ever need to send a buyer information regarding your policies, or when you want to reach out to those who have favorited your booth.
Where can I fill in my booth details?
You can fill out your booth details by going to your "Selling > Booth settings" page. Any information you enter in the "Booth overview" and "Miscellaneous details" fields will appear on your Booth Details Page.
How can I see my booth details as buyers will see them?
The "Booth Details" page can be accessed from your booth's main page (“Selling > View your booth”). Once you are viewing your booth, click the link to "See all booth details" in the “Booth details” section underneath your profile picture located in the upper-left corner of the booth homepage.
