Log into the BonanzaConnect Tenant Portal by entering your credentials.
Dashboard
Once you’ve successfully logged in, the first page you’ll see is the dashboard with the order summary on it.
Orders
On the orders page, you’ll be able to see all the orders with their relevant statuses and exceptions, if any.
- Statuses include: PENDING & SHIPPED
Select an order to view the order details page.
Products
On the products page, you will be able to see information for the products.
Inventory
On the inventory page you will be able to see information for the inventories.
Shipping Method
On this page, you’ll be able to map the marketplace shipping method with the ERP (i.e, Vercado) shipping method.
Integration
On this page, you’ll configure all the integrations. Click the gear icon and go into the configuration page, then insert the API credentials.
- Follow Master ERP switch is used to turn on/off the master vs slave logic for inventory update
- Connection Flow switch is used to turn on/off connection flow individually
API Logs
API logs shows the logs for Order sync, Product sync & Inventory sync
