To open your Vercado Webstore, hover your mouse over the "Selling" link in the upper left-hand corner of any page, then select "Webstores" from the drop-down menu. You can also access the Vercado Webstore page from the left-hand navigation bar in your Selling Dashboard from the "Vercado Webstore" tab.
Our handy wizard will guide you through the setup process in a few easy steps. Start by entering your email address and reviewing & accepting the terms.
When you're ready to proceed, we'll begin collecting your information. Note that you can return to the previous page, or stop the process at any time and finish later.
The first step is to provide your business information. Select your business location, then choose the business type from the drop-down:
- Individual
- Company
- If you are a registered business, select the company type from the drop-down
- Non-profit organization
Enter your date of establishment and proceed to the next step.
Fill in the required legal information as it appears on your government-issued documentation. For example, if you are a registered US business, enter your Employer Identification Number (EIN). Or, if you are a US-based individual, enter your tax ID number (for example, SSN).
Sellers with a Diamond Membership automatically have Vercado Webstores included with their membership subscription. If you do not have a Diamond membership, you will be directed to the page where you can select your subscription length:

After you select your subscription preferences, enter your credit card to complete payment and activate your Vercado store. Note that payments for all Vercado services are non-refundable.
Next let us know how you will fulfill your orders by selecting the appropriate options from the drop-down menus.
Next, input the public information you wish to display about your store to prevent buyer confusion and chargebacks.
- Statement Descriptor
- This is the name* buyers will see on their bank statements
- Shortened Descriptor*
- Customer support phone number
- Select whether you wish your phone number to be displayed on receipts and invoices
*Note that the use of "Bonanza" in either the Statement Descriptor or Shortened Descriptor is not permitted
Enter your bank routing and account numbers to receive payouts from buyers who have purchased your goods and services. Note that the bank account must be a checking account (not a savings account).
Once that is complete, you will be taken to the final review page to confirm the information you've entered is correct. You can edit the entered information in any section by clicking the "Edit" link next to the section header. Once you have confirmed the information, click the "Agree and submit" button to send your information to our partner, Plaid Inc, for identity verification. You will receive both a text message and an email from Plaid Inc containing a link to upload a selfie and a copy of your government issued ID through their secure portal in order to complete the verification.
Once you've registered for Vercado, you will receive a welcome email with your URL and login credentials to get started.
